Glad you got a good dealership. Like all makes, there are good and bad dealerships for Harleys too. Be very careful about repairs and I suggest you check around for an authorized independent repair facility, just in case. The dealership where I purchased my HD (in Boise, Idaho) was great. They knew their stuff, never overcharged me, and treated me well. All the other riders in the area that I knew also had good relationships with them. The dealership in Belgrade, Montana was also friendly and competent (as far as I could tell). I didn't require any repairs there and only knew a few other HD owners. The dealership here in Rapid City, SD is another story. I no longer go to them for parts, maintainence, or repairs. Unfortunately, all the HD dealerships in this area are owned by the same guy so there is no relief there. Luckily, there is a very good independent repair shop here, Nostalgia Cycle so I'm not on my own. The down side is that he's so busy you have to book repairs weeks in advance and he only works on Harleys so I have to take the Savage elsewhere. The Indian dealership also works on HD's but, based on one visit to them to have a tire mounted, they don't know their backsides from a belt drive.
Enjoy your new Sporty, it's a great bike.
